ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES FOR HOTEL
& RESORT ASSOCIATIONS

True Key Hotels & Resorts currently provides progressive leadership and comprehensive administrative and management services to five fractional owners’ associations, with a combined membership of over 1,000 owners. These services are one of the core functions that make up our company’s overall hotel and resort management service offerings.

Each association we’ve partnered with is a registered society in the province of British Columbia, Canada, and each association is distinct, with its own unique needs and goals. By their very nature, these associations are highly complex, charged with the oversight of the common interests of many fractional owners.

Our specialized knowledge and vast industry experience, coupled with strong client relationships and an uncompromising commitment to quality and accountability, allows us to tailor our services to meet each association’s management needs. We bring clarity and focused attention to the table to help our owners create a strong sense of community, find flexible, individualized solutions to the challenges they face, and meet their diverse requirements.

Services Provided to Owners’ Associations

As each association’s agent, True Key Hotels & Resorts thoughtfully invests both energy and resources in order to deliver the highest standard of administrative, accounting, and management services and to ensure the daily and long-term health of each of its properties and owner associations.

Our skilled management professionals provide the following services:

  • Top notch accounting procedures
  • Careful financial planning
  • Finely tuned investment savvy
  • Careful capital refurbishment planning
  • Budget preparation
  • Timely and accurate financial reports
  • Implement objectives and evaluate results

Each hotel and resort is managed in accordance with all policies, codes, and by-laws, which in turn gives owners peace of mind to fully enjoy their investment. We always strive to exceed the expectations of our owners’ associations.
